Our work begins with a bold idea: what if urban development served people—not just profit?
That question fuels our mission to create a franchise-ready model that blends mixed-use real estate, charter education, and entrepreneurial infrastructure into a blueprint for generational change.
Our Origins
The first U.I.I. site is rooted in Washington Shores, a historic neighborhood in Orlando, Florida—established in the 1940s as the first community developed by and for African Americans. Today, we honor that legacy by leading the next evolution of that same land through inclusive, innovative development.
Phase I of the Orlando project includes:
- 9 units of affordable housing
- A state-of-the-art charter school
- Retail and commercial leasing space for community-driven businesses
We’ve secured site control, completed architectural design, and partnered with a trusted general contractor to move this vision forward.
